→ Digital files for standard designs will be available to download instantly after purchase is made, there will be a 'Access Your Files' button in your order confirmation email.

→  For personalised designs, your order will be completed within 24 hours if all personalisation information is provided in the order. In case we are missing information for completing your order, we will email you regarding this. If we get no reply, your order will be completed in standard size, with the personalisation exactly as provided.
